RECUPERACIÓN, EMBELLECIMIENTO DE ZONAS VERDES PARA LA CONSERVACIÓN DE UN ENTORNO ESCOLAR AMBIENTALMENTE SALUDABLE

INTRODUCCION

La comunidad científica insiste en la necesidad de no aplazar más las acciones concretas para educar a las futuras generaciones en las prácticas para el desarrollo sostenible de nuestra especie en el planeta. El Proyecto Ambiental Escolar (PRAE) es considerado como eje primordial de la actividad escolar para construir conciencia ambiental, él da una oportunidad de cambiar la visión cómoda de ver la ecología simplemente como una rama de la biología, y proporciona la oportunidad de ir cambiando modelos tradicionales, invitando a los estudiantes a solicitar espacios y tiempos para trabajar en la búsqueda de soluciones ambientales para la institución y el entorno escolar, procurando el desarrollo de valores que garanticen el bienestar y la posibilidad de sobrevivir como especie humana.

Por tal motivo nuestro grupo de trabajo se basa en la teoría “un ambiente sano es sinónimo de aprendizaje” y más si este se lleva a cabo dentro de un recinto educativo, por ello se decide realizar la etapa productiva de la Técnica en Manejo Ambiental en un sitio que frecuentan los estudiantes de la institución educativa Colegio Puerto Santander y que al verlo con adecuaciones verdes y reciclables a favor de su bienestar, se hará hincapié en el fomento de la conciencia ambiental.

ABSTRACT

The scientific community insists on the need for ceasing to further postpone concrete actions that aim to educate future generations in sustainable development practices. The Environmental School Project (PRAE) is considered the linchpin of school activity to build environmental awareness. It gives an opportunity to change the comfortable view of seeing ecology as just a branch of biology, and provides the opportunity of changing traditional models, inviting students to apply for space and time to work on the search for environmental solutions faced by the institution and the school environment, ensuring the development of values that guarantee our welfare and our ability to survive as humans.

For this reason our working group is based on the theory "a healthy environment is synonymous with learning" and more if it is carried out within an educational area, so it is decided to carry out the productive stage of the Technique in Environmental Management in a site frequented by the students of the School Puerto Santander educational institution and which, when viewed with green and recyclable adaptations in favor of their welfare, will emphasize the promotion of environmental awareness.
